Movilidad libre

Free Mobility

Foreign students fulfilling the legal requirements for access to the university, those who have a university degree and those who have started their studies in a foreign university may participate as free mobility students.

Under no circumstances will the admission of free mobility students imply recognition of the fulfilment of the requirements for access to the University of Oviedo established by current legislation for studies leading to official university degrees that are valid throughout the national territory.

You can come to the University of Oviedo to study certain subjects or studies for one or two semesters, paying the corresponding registration fee, which will vary depending on the studies and will be different if you belong to a country of the European Union.

To do so, the following documentation must be sent:

  • Application Form.
  • Photocopy of identity card or passport.
  • Certification, if applicable, that you are studying at university in your country of origin. If you are not a university student, you must attach a memorandum of interest, stating the reason for the application and the relationship between your studies and your work or professional experience, as well as proof that your studies give you access to university in your country of origin.
  • Transcript of records, with the studies completed up to the present time.
  • Documentation accrediting knowledge of the Spanish language.

The documentation can be sent by e-mail to inter.incoming@uniovi.es, to start the process. Once the student has been accepted, the original documents must be sent by post to the following address:
