Erasmus Programme studies

Participants in the Erasmus programme who choose the University of Oviedo for part of their undergraduate studies must send the following documentation to the postal address below before their trip.

Documentation to be sent

  • Photocopy of identity card or passport.
  • Application form (Erasmus Student Application Form) duly signed by the student and with a passport-size photo.
  • ECTS Erasmus Learning Agreement duly signed by the student, the institutional coordinator, and the lecturer responsible for the agreement at the home university.

Deadline for submission

  • 30 June for students starting in the first term or yearly.
  • 30 November for students starting in the second term.

Formalities to be carried out by the student on arrival

  1. Students must register at the International Relations Office (C/Principado,3 2ªplanta) presenting the following documentation:
    • Original and copy of passport.
    • 1 passport-sized photograph.
    • Original and copy of the certificate accrediting your status as a grant holder. Original and copy of the European Health Insurance Card or Health Care Insurance with coverage in Spain.
  2. Guidance on the final completion of your study contract.

    Formalisation of enrolment in the subjects listed in the study contract (within 15 days from the start of the corresponding four-month period).

  3. Notifying the International Relations Office of any change of address or length of stay.
  4. Spanish course.
  5. Welcome meeting:
    • First term: Friday 14 September 2012, at 12:00 noon.
    • Second term: first week of February 2013, approximately.
    • Place: Assembly Hall of the Milan Campus Library (Oviedo).

International Mobility of the University of Oviedo

The University of Oviedo has signed mobility agreements with more than a thousand universities and research centres. The offer of destinations includes institutions from all over the world.

Every year the offer of destinations is updated and different types of grants are announced to finance the mobility of undergraduate, master's and doctoral students, as well as teaching mobility and training mobility for teaching and research staff and administrative and service staff.
