Escuela Politécnica de Ingeniería de Gijón
El 21 de abril, a las 11:30 horas, en el Salón de Actos del Edificio Polivalente de la Escuela Politécnica de Ingeniería de Gijón, tendrá lugar la 1ª Edición de las Jornadas de Orientación Laboral en CiberSeguridad. En estas jornadas se hablará de los distintos perfiles profesionales en el ámbito de la ciberseguridad y de los pasos a seguir, una vez finalizado el grado, para llegar a ellos.

El viernes, 21 de abril, se celebrará, en formato online a través de Microsoft Teams, el Seminario internacional "Perspectivas transversales sobre el Derecho a la protección de datos personales".
Cátedra de Cambio Climático
La Cátedra de Cambio Climático de la Universidad de Oviedo organiza el ciclo "Visiones del cambio global: perspectivas ambientales y sociales", constituido por 2 ponencias y la proyección de un documental, en la Facultad de Formación del Profesorado y en la Facultad de Biología, los días 24, 25 y 26 de abril, a las 13:00 horas. David Riaño, investigador del CSIC, el 24 de abril, a las 13:00 horas, en la Facultad de Formación de Profesorado, ofrecerá la ponencia "Inclusión, diversidad, accesibilidad y medio ambiente - Ciencia inclusiva y ciudadana". La proyección del documental "Stolen Fish", dirigido por Malgorzata Juszczak, tendrá lugar el 25 de abril, también a las 13:00 horas, en el aula L de la Facultad de Biología. El documental Stolen Fish describe la desaparición de peces en las costas de Gambia por la pesca industrial desarrollad. Por último, Thomas Tregenza, profesor de la Universidad de Exeter (UK) y miembro del proyecto WildCrickets, ofrecerá el 26 de abril, a la misma hora, en el aula L de la Facultad de Biología, la ponencia "Ageing and local adaptation to climate in Crickets in N. Spain”.
Cátedra Asturias Prevención
Este sábado, 22 de febrero, a las 19:00 horas y en el marco de la Feria de la Prevención en las instalaciones del Instituto Asturiano de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (IAPRL) se presentará el libro "Congreso nacional sobre enfermedades profesionales de los músicos", editado por la Cátedra Asturias Prevención. Después de la presentación, tendrá lugar una actuación musical de la banda Akin & the Afrobeat Brothers.
ICTEA
El jueves, 20 de abril, a las 12:00 horas, la Sala de Grados de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Universidad de Oviedo acogerá el segundo seminario de 2023 del ciclo del ICTEA. Pietro Vischia, investigador Ramón y Cajal del ICTEA y el Departamento de Física de la Universidad de Oviedo, impartirá una conferencia titulada: Neuronas: "Del pez eléctrico al diseño de los experimentos del futuro con inteligencia artificial".

La sala de exposiciones Sabadell-Herrero en Oviedo acogerá, entre el 14 de marzo y el 31 de mayo, la exposición “Comprometido con la realidad”, del fotógrafo Bernardo Pérez Tovar.
La Casa de las Lenguas-Vicerrectorado de internacionalización
La Casa de las Lenguas, en colaboración con el British Council, organiza pruebas oficiales de idioma inglés a celebrar en el Campus de El Milán; la próxima fecha es el 15 de junio en horario de mañana (escritos) y tarde (orales). IELTS es un examen multinivel, de B1 a C2 del Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las Lenguas (MCER), y está reconocido por la CRUE como certificado válido para la acreditación de nivel. El plazo de inscripción finaliza el 8 de junio de 2023.
Vicerrectorado de Internacionalización
La Comisión Europea ha lanzado una consulta pública sobre el futuro de la movilidad educativa para incorporarla en su propuesta política en los próximos meses de este año 2023. La iniciativa tiene por objeto aumentar las oportunidades de aprendizaje y enseñanza en otro país europeo, en todos los sectores y en todos los niveles del aprendizaje formal, no formal e informal, como componente clave del Espacio Europeo de Educación. El cuestionario para recabar información de todos los interesados está disponible entre el 8 de febrero y el 3 de mayo de 2023.
