Personal Data Protection
The Personal Data Protection Act seeks to guide the use of personal, work and family-related information, and prevent that it, , despite being publickly known, could ever be subjected to abuse or exposition, damaging the freedom of the corresponding people.
People involved in the management of personal information has the responsibility of keeping a vow of confidentiality and always request permission to the owners of the data if their personal information has to be sent or shared. Furthermore, the owners of the information have the right to cancel, oppose or access said data.
Every day, more and more people demand that their personal information be treated according to the security regulations.
