The aim of the University of Oviedo's Institutional Repository is to enable open access to scientific output and to ensure the preservation of these digital files, increasing the visibility of the contents generated by members of the institution. The University of Oviedo Library is responsible for administering the digital repository of the University of Oviedo as well as for its updating. This electronic corpus is organized in several communities and collections for users to find the documentation they are seeking both quickly and intuitively.
The repository provides greater visibility to the research conducted at the University and represents a consolidated commitment to more efficient and sustainable management.
The University of Oviedo Repository includes antique collections belonging to the University Library, documentation on the institution's history and much of the scientific output generated by our researchers (PhD theses, European research projects, OpenAIRE documents, Master's dissertations, research reports, etc.). It also includes all the publications produced by the University of Oviedo.
The service allows interested users to register and receive regular updates via email. The extensive collection of documents in the repository provides greater visibility to the research conducted at the University and represents a consolidated commitment to more efficient and sustainable management within the institution.
