Agreement Mobility Programmes

The International Agreements programme offers over 70 places at universities in Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, USA, France, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Russia, Taiwan and Tunisia, all of which have entered into co-operation agreements with the University of Oviedo so that students can take part of their courses there.

"The international agreements programme offers very flexible formulas for international mobility such as summer courses and, in some cases, students are able to obtain a qualification offered by the host University"

These agreements cover official studies (undergraduate and university master's degrees or doctorates) and ensure full academic recognition. Some agreements allow overseas students to obtain the qualification offered by the host university. There are also summer courses.

Who can apply for a mobility grant?

Any student currently enrolled at the University of Oviedo in regulated Undergraduate or Master's Degrees may apply for an agreement grant. They will have to start the procedures for their stay abroad during the beginning of the academic course before their mobility.

What are the financial conditions that would apply?

Each co-operation agreement sets out whether the individual grant covers free enrolment and/or assistance with travel expenses.

How does the selection process work?

Students are chosen according to their academic record, the mark obtained in the compulsory foreign language exam and, in some cases, after an interview to assess maturity and oral fluency. Participation in the annual Tándem programme and in the a-dUO Programme is also counted.

(Students interested in applying for a mobility grant can follow the progress of the latest application process via the University of Oviedo's Intranet (application deadlines, documentation required, language tests, lists of candidates admitted, etc.)
