    Access Requirements:

    Being in possession of an official University Degree. Nevertheless, exceptionally, admission will be extended to professionals directly related to to the speciality of the course who lack a Degree, as long as they prove their professional careers and meet the legal criteria to access University courses.

    Please check the Agreement of November 29, 2007 of the Governing Council of the University of Oviedo, which approves the regulation of studies leading to Certificate Degrees and other Postgraduate Degrees (BOPA, January 12, 2008).

    Admission Requirements: In order to be admitted students have to currently be employed and should have a University Degree, preferably in the field of Economics, Law, Sociology, Work Sciences, Psychology, Labour Relations and Business or to be a professional in this field and be working directly in an activity related to this course.

    Modality: Attendance required


    From 19:00 to 22:00.

    Professional Opportunities

    Professionals working in related areas with responsibilities related to Human Resources and similar fields. Students will also be trained in order to work in union organisations or as social agents.


    The course length is 5 months organized in 1 term and a total of 20 ECTS credits.
