    Schedule: Thursdays from 4 PM to 8 PM, Fridays from 4 PM to 8 PM and if the teachers are from outside the Principality of Asturias, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

    Professional Opportunities

    The course is designed to give an answer to the growth in the demand for training in conflict mediation.

    The main aim is to enable students to intercede and take part as accredited mediators in conflict mediation procecess both in the public and private fields in order to facilitate conflict management and resolution in different contexts such as the family, criminal justice for young offenders and adults or the civil and commercial fields.

    Syllabus

    The course consist of 20 ETCS credits organized into four terms. The study mode combines both face-to-face and distance learning classes.

    MODULE I: (Compulsory) 6 ETCS credits

    Subject: CONFLICTS: CONCEPT, TYPES, MANAGEMENT AND RESOLUTION WAYS.

    I. CONFLICT AS STARTING POINT.
