    Professional Opportunities

Coaching is a new discipline that has a tested efficiency in terms of growth and personal and professional excellence. It is applicable to fields of personal and professional lives, sports, education and teams.

The business world, from the departments of human resources, have recognized the utility of this tool and several enterprises have incorporated it into their corporative planning.

The results of the 2010 Market Survey in Executive Coaching in Spain (EMCE '10) offer an objective and global vision on the projections of development of coaching in Spain, seen from the experience of the coaches who work in our country. According to this survey, the number of coaches grew a 33% from 2007 to 2008 and 34% from 2009 to 2010. The survey confirms the continuous growth of executive coaching in our country and identifies a series of opportunities for the 2010-2020 period, which may be used by the coaches to consolidate its work in Spanish organizations. It also highlights that enterprises will need to have a higher number of coaches to meet the expectations of the clients. This cultural change is now a reality and everythings points at the enterprises doing what they know best: adapt to survive. Coaching can be a key element in this organizational cultural shift.
