A student of the University of Oviedo is give the Michelin Grant of the Road Safety Youth Plan

A student of the Faculty of Commerce, Tourism and Social Sciences "Jovellanos" participated in the activities organized by the Campus of Gijón and will be awarded with a grant equivalent to the fee of enrollment in the Degree
This morning, at the official office of the Rector, Diego Marrón di Gregorio, third-year student of the Faculty of Commerce, Tourism and Social Sciences "Jovellanos", received the Michelin Grant of the Safety Youth Plan. The Vice-Rector for Students, Luis Rodríguez Muñiz, was in charge of given him the award, alongside Félix Sanchidrián, Director of Communication and Social Responsibility of Michelin, and the Director of Social Projection, Marta Pérez Toral.
The grant was raffled among the students who participated in the Michelin Safety Youth Plan "Crash Attach" at the Universities of Oviedo, Navarra and the Basque Country. The grant will be equivalent to the fees paid for enrollment during the 2013-2014 academic year.
The Road Safety Youth Plan aims at raising awareness among young people and make them realize the value of road safety. The activities of the plan offer the participants advice and valuable information to drive safely, in order to make them aware of the dangers of the road, the excess of speed and the abuse of alcohol.
