The University of Oviedo offers a simple on-line guide for students to quickly learn how to carry out certain procedures, what requirements must be completed for each and where to go to take care of it. This initiative aims to simplify things and pave the way for students through the bureaucratic paperwork, making the whole process much more efficient.
Helpdesk of the Innovation Centre
The Helpdesk offers, through its website, the chance of making any consultation, access previously-made inquiries, check whether they have been addressed —stored on the personal section called My Inquiries— and access the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) database with a thematically-categorized search engine.
The services about which any inquiries can be made are: management of the institutional website of the University, the Virtual Campus, the University Card, the Shared Virtual Campus of the G9, OpenCourseWare and Training Courses of the Innovation Centre of the University of Oviedo.
