The University of Oviedo offers a simple on-line guide for students to quickly learn how to carry out certain procedures, what requirements must be completed for each and where to go to take care of it. This initiative aims to simplify things and pave the way for students through the bureaucratic paperwork, making the whole process much more efficient.
Acquisition of new library items
Duplicate copies acquisition request or library purchase suggestion.
The Teaching and Researching Staff can request the acquisition of library materials which will be charged to the budgets allocated to their department, research projects, agreements, master's degrees, etc.
Any member from the university community can suggest the purchase of library items of their interest.

All academic year round, 24 hours a day. We have to take into account that those requests lodged in a holiday or during the holidays, will be filed for their later evaluation.

The status of the acquisition request can be checked any time on the Electronic Requests service.
The status of the library purchase suggestion will be communicated by email.
